The next time you come to visit our smiling member service representatives, it will be in a different location. In preparation for the demolition of our 70-year-old headquarters building, various departments will be moved to different locations. The operations side of the business is being relocated to a modified warehouse building on site. Crews, vehicles, the mechanic shop and supply warehouse will remain with the rest of operations at the Stephens Street location.
Member services, accounting, staking engineers and other office personnel will be moved to a temporary location off Diamond Lake Boulevard at 1600 NE Diamond Lake Blvd. #102. Some of you may remember the location as the old Pacific Power operations center. Beginning Tuesday, January 19, we will be able to take payments in the drop box there, as well as meet with members by appointment.
One of the advantages of cooperative membership is having real face-to-face people available to help when you need it. Circumstances beyond our control forced us to close our lobby doors for the better part of 2020. We look forward to seeing and serving you in person as soon as we can.
